Kostel’s mine injury and the later shed investigation
Kostel is one of the people caught in the mine attack during Bad Blood. The journal asks Coen to help him while he is wounded, alongside the separate rescue of Ludwig, who is trapped under a beam. These are named rescue objectives within Coen’s search for his father.
His shed is also a location in Disturbed, the investigation into the crucifix taken from the grave of Crina’s grandson Kvet. Inspect the grave, follow the reddish-soil trail with Focus and examine the shovel before searching the shed for further evidence.
The shed belonging to Kostel does not make him the culprit. The quest’s final choice concerns Vladimir: tell Crina that Vlad stole the crucifix, or lie to protect him. Keep the place where the clues are found separate from the person identified by the investigation.
