Saving, quest progression and PC fixes
Hotfix 1.0.4 is live on Steam. Its quest changes cover Deep Down, Hive and Seek, On the Run and other progression problems. On PC, the update addresses an outdated GameInput interaction, quality preset mods and VSync with FSR Frame Generation.
Blocked saves
The patch fixes an issue that prevented players from saving. The announcement does not identify a specific quest or save-file condition for this fix.
Quest progression
On the Run no longer causes infinite loading, and investigating the rag in Smoke and Ashes is now optional.
Controller FPS drops
Connecting a controller while outdated GameInput software is present should no longer cause frame-rate drops.
