Claim the reward at the upstairs armour shop
After rescuing the smith’s apprentice, follow his invitation to visit Svartrau. The armourer’s workshop is in central Altenmarkt. Its lower floor is open to the street; take the stairs to the workshop above.
Speak with the apprentice to finish A Good Deed Is Its Own Reward and receive the bracers. The Cardinal piece is the Master version of the Artisanal family, distinct from the Superior Artisanal Bracers and Epic Artisanal Cinder Bracers.
Artisanal Cardinal Bracers provide 26 base armour, 4% claw damage and 7% charge restoration from blocks. The Superior pair has 24 base armour and a 2% claw-damage bonus. Both are Medium, so the reward improves the claw bonus and adds block-based charge recovery without changing armour class.
