Where to find Ring of Quick Strikes
The inner-chamber chest in The Highland Grave contains Ring of Quick Strikes, Ancient Hero’s Talisman and a Blasphemous Echo Manual. Collect them from the chest; they are separate from the quest-completion reward. The map link below points to the ring’s location.
Its listed base modifiers are +8% weapon damage, +5% weapon critical hit chance, +7.5% weapon critical damage and +3% physical damage reduction. Farkas’s Ring lists smaller critical values without the weapon-damage bonus.
Quick Fighter’s Ring has a similar name but different effects: maximum health, health regeneration and sword ability cooldown. It is the reward for giving Ring with a Purple Eye to Anca.
