A soldier's diary about his wars against the Tatars. Makes a new ability available for learning in the development tree.
Find the book, then plan the rank
The named Charge Manual marker opens its location on the Vale Sangora map. The book is a soldier’s diary titled Against the Khan’s Horde in its readable text.
All four Charge ranks list a manual requirement. Rank 1 costs one skill point and one time segment and lists 200% Attack Damage with a two-second stun. Later ranks improve the damage and bleed effects.
After recording your manual access, choose the target rank in the build planner. Equipping Charge is another choice: check Swordmastery ability slots and Activation Charges alongside the learning cost.
