The Elder’s request and Ocha’s own problem
A Mother’s Plea sends Coen to find Ocha after a peaceful visit to the Uriashi village. Ocha can also be met directly at the tavern in Altenmarkt, on the west side of Svartrau, to start The Heart Wants What It Wants.
Her own quest concerns Andrei. The memento for the spell is Andrei’s Ring. Meeting Ocha independently means the Elder’s request is not a prerequisite for helping her; keep the two quests separate when deciding what is still available in your playthrough.
