Speak through the infirmary window
During Echoes of Silenced Bells, clear a route through the courtyard for Anca. Use the bell tower and the Campana Loquitur’s signals to move the nuns, then walk around the back of the infirmary.
Interact with the window and speak to the soldier. He asks for St. Tyna’s necklace. If you refuse, three guards attack. Defeat them and search their bodies for the Infirmary Key, keeping the necklace on this route.
Open the infirmary route and return to Anca. Coen tells her the way is clear, allowing the two of you to continue toward the library. The later Catacombs Key is a different key obtained after Leonica’s fight.
