Get past the locked upstairs door
Find the Tiny Dancer house in central Svartrau, across the street from a Curious House. On entering, Coen hears the captive upstairs, but the door leading up is locked.
Talk to the merchant about the noise. You can take the key from his table while his back is turned, providing a route upstairs without starting a fight with him.
Once upstairs, collect the separate Cage Key from a table in the captive’s room. The Merchant’s Key gets you to that room; the Cage Key opens the sanzhana’s cage.
