Find the stash and read the message
Use Focus Mode at the Outcast Graveyard to examine the clues, then follow the footprints up the path. Interact with the three symbols carved into trees. The third reveals the stash beneath a fallen tree.
The stash contains the Mysterious Letter, Ring of Purging and 24 denarii. Reading the letter completes this short investigation and awards 100 XP.
The message is addressed to “L.” and signed “N.” Its orders are to watch, record information and avoid drawing Brencis’s attention. The letter itself gives initials rather than spelling out the sender’s name.
