Arbiter's Medallion

Arbiter’s Medallion is on a skeleton in the waterfall cave near the great bridge northwest of Svartrau Outskirts.

My journey
No one's more worthy of wearing it than you.

Search the skeleton inside the waterfall cave

Head northwest from Svartrau Outskirts toward the large bridge, then enter the cave behind the nearby waterfall. Search the skeleton inside for the medallion; this is the cave associated with the Manumits’ hidden silver.

Mysterious Instruction uses selected words from the saints’ biographies to point toward this waterfall. The medallion is a separate loot item from the four armour pieces crafted during A Bulwark Against Darkness.

Its bonuses increase maximum stamina, reduce attack and omniblock stamina costs, and reduce physical damage. These effects support stamina management in either form; compare them with claw- or spell-focused amulets when choosing a more specialised loadout.
