Where to find Arbiter’s Ring and when to equip it

Head to the Kobolds’s Nest activity on the southern edge of Tantari Woods and search the nest itself for the ring. Use the southern nest linked below, east of the river and west of the looping road through the forest’s eastern side. The ring is found as loot; the Arbiter armour crafting quest is not its acquisition route.

The listed modifiers are +15% maximum stamina, −8% vampiric ability health cost, +15% vampiric health restoration and +1% per second vampiric health regeneration. Stamina and ability health cost affect different resource budgets; restoration and regeneration address recovery in different ways.

The maximum-stamina bonus remains useful during the day, while the three vampiric modifiers make the ring a stronger fit for nighttime recovery and ability use. Compare it with rings that support your daytime attacks if you keep separate equipment for each form.

Ring of the Night shares the +15% restoration and +1% per second regeneration lines. It replaces the Arbiter’s stamina and health-cost bonuses with −5% vampiric ability cooldown and +20% blood-drinking power. Choose between those pairs of effects based on whether your build needs a larger stamina pool and cheaper abilities or faster powers and stronger feeding.
