A pair of excellent vambraces of thick black leather. The sturdy outer shell is filled with warm padding.
Medium hand armour for charge-heavy builds
Black Winter Vambraces provide 31 armour at 1.7 weight. Their listed effects are +5% active charge restoration, -5% magic Health cost and +10% charge restoration from parries, so the piece supports both ability use and a parry-based refill loop.
Oxblood Riveted Cuffs use the same 31 armour and 1.7 weight, but trade the winter vambraces’ magic-cost reduction for +3% weapon critical hit chance and +5% magic damage while keeping +10% charge restoration from parries. Champion’s Red Vambraces also list +5% active charge restoration, but weigh 2.0 and add parry stamina and dodge effects instead.
Use Black Winter when Health cost matters for your magic abilities or when parries are part of your charge plan. The identical armour and weight on Oxblood make the effect lines, rather than the basic defence, the deciding difference.
