Why cast one when you can cast two?
Follow the Bear Trouble pilgrimage
Approach the pilgrimage marker southwest of Laslea Glen and use Focus to find the wind chime. Follow the trail markers, discarded food and footprints up the cliffs until you reach the bear.
After defeating the bear, examine the knife near the large glyph-covered rock and the uriash corpse inside the cave. This investigation provides the Quickcast Amulet and advances the pilgrimage.
Use Quickcast Amulet when the delay between Witchcraft casts is the limitation you want to reduce. Witch’s Pendant instead increases passive Activation Charge restoration, while Amulet of Focus increases charge recovery from hits. These bonuses address different parts of using abilities.
