Investigate the abandoned logging camp
Start If a Tree Falls in a Forest at the abandoned logging camp beside Northern Foothills Shrine. Defeat the wolves and use Focus to follow the footprints north, uphill from the camp.
Pass the dead man and the Common Sword pickup, then inspect the shoe at the cliff. Look below for the fallen uriash and search its body for the Witch’s Pendant, the orders and two Regenerative Salves. Report your findings to Zdislav to finish the quest.
Passive charge restoration helps replenish Activation Charges between ability uses. It does not shorten an ability’s cooldown: Quickcast Amulet addresses spell cooldown instead. Choose according to whether you are waiting for charges or waiting for the spell itself to become available.
