Sanzhani ruler

Sanzhani Tsarina

The Sanzhani Tsarina rules a small group of sanzhani from a burrow. Coen does not know her personal name. Her confidence and authority contrast with her small stature, leading him to suspect that she commands considerable magic.

My journey

Help the four sisters to earn an extra day

The Tsarina rewards help for four of her sisters with one extra day to rescue Coen’s family. Start by completing Good Home: follow the lights off the road between Boar’s Back and Svartrau to Heile’s burrow, find Tonis and bring him back. Either decision about whether Heile stays with the Tsarina leaves the follow-up quests available. You can then work through Come Hither, Burrow Sorrows, Pearly and Precious and Tiny Dancer in the order below.

Come Hither: look north of the Vedera Marsh Guardpost Shrine for a body hanging from a tree. The Sanzhana is on the path just beyond it. Follow her to the burrow, defeat the murohn inside, then return outside and speak with her to finish the request.

Burrow Sorrows: meet the Sanzhana east of Shrike’s Crag in the Rockfalls. Clear the kobolds from her burrow, recover the charm and return to her. Take the charm before leaving the cave; the fight alone does not finish her request.

Pearly and Precious: cross the bridge south of Stoneward Post and inspect the blood at the abandoned camp. Follow the trail to the Sanzhana, then follow the tracks southwest to the bandits. Defeat them and report back to her. This also opens her Shiny Teeth trading service.

Tiny Dancer: find the merchant’s house in central Svartrau, across from a Curious House. Take the upstairs door key from the merchant’s table while his back is turned. Upstairs, a second key on the table beside the captive opens the cage. Free the Sanzhana to complete her request.

After completing all four requests, return to the Tsarina and choose “Special reward? What do you mean?” to receive the extra day. The reward requires this conversation; do not stop at the fourth quest’s completion. It is separate from exchanging Ring with a Purple Eye for an amulet.

In The Ring, bring Ring with a Purple Eye to the Tsarina if you want Vrakhir’s Endurance. The exchange consumes the quest ring. The amulet grants blood-drinking power together with physical and magic damage reduction, so it supports a feeding-based recovery build rather than a passive regeneration setup.

The other recipients offer different equipment: Anca gives Quick Fighter’s Ring and the Uriash Matriarch gives The Bulwark. Compare all three rewards before handing over the only quest ring, because the choices are alternatives for that playthrough.
