Free Sara on the route from Stoneward Post
After The Firebrand, Mert points you toward Sara as a contact for the manumits. Take the road south of Stoneward Post, cross the bridge near Small Bridge Shrine and continue southeast toward the three-road junction. On the captive route, she is tied to a tree near a collapsed cabin.
To free her without fighting, tell the guards she is your sister and take the dialogue offering coins when they accuse her of working with rebels. The bribe costs 100 denarii. Fighting the guards is another way to release her. Rescue Sara is a time-sensitive objective, so check its remaining time before spending time on other quests.
After releasing her, explain that you want to join the manumits and follow her into the woods. She leads you toward their camp, where Crake questions Coen about his intentions. The conversation sets up the next meeting in Svartrau and the possibility of working with the rebellion.
