Search the guards in the upper prison
On the final route through Greifberg Castle, descend into the dungeon after the encounter above. Fight past the Blood Guards at the bottom of the second set of stairs and continue into the large open prison room.
Search the defeated guards for the Key to the Upper Cells, then open the cells in this area before proceeding deeper into the prison.
Farther below, the hellhound handler carries a different Prison Cells Key. If a lower cell remains locked, continue through the later gargoyle encounter and search the handler’s body rather than returning to the upper prison.
