Obtain and read the tip, then visit the Silver Trader in Svartrau and choose “I know you trade in silver.” It provides an introduction while Coen’s Infamy is still low.
Stained Letter is another clue to the same merchant and gives a more specific direction to his house. Reaching Notorious Infamy at level 4 provides a separate way to open the shop.
