A note regarding a fence operating in Neustadt.
The first house on the right from the Middens
Ruthild tells Yanda about a better fence and gives a specific direction: enter Neustadt from the Middens and look for the first house on the right.
Reading this letter gives Coen a lead about the silver merchant. Ask “I know you trade in silver.” when introducing yourself at his house.
You can also learn about the trader through Letter with a Tip during Into the Den, or gain access by reaching Notorious Infamy at level 4.

Stained Letter
Yanda, Fuck Andrei and all his stupid shit. Found a better fence for us. Arrogant arsehole, but his prices are good. Look for him in Neustadt, first house on the right as you come in from the Middens. Show him the silver, and he'll talk. Stay safe, Ruthild
