A key to Svartrau Cathedral's library.
Not the same as Vault Key
Two library keys exist. Library Key belongs to Svartrau Cathedral’s library. Vault Key unlocks the hidden vault in Aurelius’s tower library; if you are looking for Aurelius’s tower, open the Vault Key entry.
Ancient Key is a third quest key, acquired from Father Florin in the ruins under Carpenter Row. Match the name in your inventory before searching for a door.
The three names point to different places: the cathedral library, Aurelius’s tower vault and the ruins beneath Carpenter Row. Treat the description as a lead to the correct building, then use the linked location page for the surrounding map and quest context.
