How to learn Fleet of Foot

The following manual supplies the book unlock for ranks marked “Manual unlock” in the rank table. Skill points and time are spent when you purchase the rank. See the skill book guide for manual requirements and planning examples.

Cheaper ordinary dodges and a reward for last-moment ones

A Perfect Dodge, made just before an attack lands, already costs no Stamina, so Fleet of Foot splits its ranks between two jobs. Ranks 1 and 3 make ordinary dodges cheaper, at −20% and then −30%, while rank 2 turns a last-moment dodge into part of an Activation Charge. Rank 4 adds another recovery source: killing an enemy regenerates Stamina.

Endless Effort is the prerequisite and enlarges the Stamina pool, which does not grow with character level: base Stamina is 250 at every level. A larger pool and cheaper dodges together keep Coen from running dry and becoming Fatigued. Ranks 1 and 2 cost one skill point and one time segment each, without a book.

Ranks 3 and 4 need Fleet of Foot Manual, which Drogos and Ocha list among possible shop stock, and bring the total to five points and four segments. Armour offers the same stat: 18 pieces list a Dodge stamina cost reduction, up to −12% on Ancient Hero’s Vambraces and Bakir’s Armour.
