How to learn Endless Effort
The following manual supplies the book unlock for ranks marked “Manual unlock” in the rank table. Skill points and time are spent when you purchase the rank. See the skill book guide for manual requirements and planning examples.
Buy the manual for the later Stamina upgrades
Endless Effort increases maximum Stamina in both human and vampire form. Its four ranks list bonuses of 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%. Read each as the listed bonus for that rank when comparing upgrades.
Ranks 1 and 2 need no manual and cost one skill point each, with no time-segment cost. Ranks 3 and 4 require Endless Effort Manual. Check the general store in the northwest corner of Svartrau for the book.
From rank 2, the last two upgrades cost three more skill points and two time segments. Starting from no ranks, the full skill costs five points and two segments. Buying the manual gives access to those later purchases; it does not grant their effects automatically.
Endless Effort opens Fleet of Foot and Pack Mule. Choose Fleet of Foot to reduce dodge costs or Pack Mule for inventory capacity. A larger Stamina pool and a cheaper dodge address different parts of the same fight, so compare the branch with how you spend Stamina.
