How to get Ancient Champion's Sword
Obtain Ancient Champion’s Sword by completing Xanthe’s Excavations: Unsealed Secrets south of Howling Keep. Collect the research notes after clearing the ruin to finish the activity and receive the sword.
Look for the excavation beside the main river south of Howling Keep. Defeat the soldiers outside, then squeeze through the opening into the ruin. Search the outside camp as well as the interior while collecting the excavation’s research notes.
The Barrow Lord guards the interior. When he swings both swords in an unblockable attack, dodge backward out of reach. After defeating him, collect the research notes from the nearby table to finish Unsealed Secrets.
The sword’s bonuses increase magic damage and passive and active Activation Charge recovery. It is an option for a sword-and-Witchcraft setup after the excavation, with the full damage and effect values shown below.
