Earn Razor-Edged Ruthless Chopper as the extra reward in Burrow Sorrows by confronting the sanzhana about the stolen burrow and securing the doubled reward.
Inspect the burrow and negotiate the extra reward
After Good Home, find the sanzhana east of Shrike’s Crag in Rockfalls and follow it to the kobold burrow. Clear the kobolds and collect the Charm. Inspect the cave artwork in Focus, including its kobold scene, home and age, until Coen recognises that the kobolds lived there long before the sanzhana’s claim.
Return to the sanzhana and choose “I think you lied to me”, then select “You fool me – and expect me to just go along with it?” to secure the doubled reward before reporting that you have the Charm. This adds the sword to the usual Sunbringer’s Pendant reward.
Compare the sword’s bonuses
The sword combines a 12% reduction to dodge stamina cost with a 20% wider Perfect Block window and 6.4% increased damage against corrupted enemies. Its base damage is 36–52. The weaker Ruthless Chopper has a 6% dodge-cost reduction; the Razor-Edged version adds the block and enemy-type bonuses.
