Complete the tournament and reach Bakir’s post-game reward conversation in his treasury. When he offers a choice of equipment, select “Take a Sword” and accept the reward instead of attacking him. The armour and magical talisman are separate choices.
This is the reward for leaving Bakir alive on that branch. Immaculate Battlesword, found after the Great Bog Wurm encounter, belongs to a different part of the same quest.

Tempered Simple Falchion has 35–51 base damage, increases maximum Health by 12%, lowers dodge stamina cost by 12% and increases magic damage by 6.4%. It combines a larger health pool with cheaper dodges and a magic-damage bonus; the plain Simple Falchion only carries the smaller health bonus.
