The Silver Trader in Svartrau’s Neustadt district can sell The Purge. Visit during the day and check his current equipment selection.
Enter Neustadt from the Middens and look for the first house on the right. The Silver Trader works inside. If he refuses to trade, read Letter with a Tip or Stained Letter and ask about his silver business, or reach Notorious Infamy, level 4. These are alternative ways to open the shop; you do not need both letters.
The Purge is among his possible offers. Check the current equipment selection and displayed price before planning a purchase. The merchant route is separate from the sword’s existing Headhunters map location.
