How to learn Blood Surge
Drink Phial of Xanthe's Blood to unlock Blood Surge in the Vampirism tree. The phial significantly increases Corruption. The rank table lists the ability’s effects and further learning requirements.

Unlock it with Xanthe’s blood, then widen the explosion
Blood Surge is granted by drinking Phial of Xanthe’s Blood, which significantly increases Corruption. Rank 1 is the quest unlock; ranks 2, 3 and 4 require Corruption 10, 12 and 14 and cost one, two and three skill points.
Using it costs 3 Activation Charges and 25% Health. The explosion deals area damage in a 3 m radius at rank 1, growing to 4 m, 5 m and 6 m. Bosses receive damage instead of exploding.
