Vicho’s shop and the relic’s two uses
At Howling Keep, search the second-floor room with repeated drawings on its walls, opposite the veranda where the first lantern and the dressmaker are found. The relic rests on a table inside that room. This gives you a place to search before spending money on a shop copy.
Polygon’s armour guide identifies Vicho as the seller after his Witchcraft shop is unlocked through A Study in Crimson. Check his current offer for the purchase price.
The relic can be equipped or selected as the saint’s relic component in A Bulwark Against Darkness. The armour consumes the selected relic, so compare its magic and charge bonuses before giving it up.
If you already own another acceptable relic, check that option before buying an amulet solely to sacrifice it.
