There is a particular shop in Svartrau that people like to gossip about – it's said to be full of weird baubles and peculiar items. I decided to see it for myself – if only to satiate my own curiosity. Little did I know that it would make me a part of a long and bloody investigation...
Collect the body loot, locked chest and Vicho’s reward
Vicho’s curio shop is in Altenmarkt, Svartrau, and he is available at night. Lacra points you toward him after Hive and Seek. His investigation eventually leads to Dr. Simeon’s warehouse.
After the warehouse fight, search Simeon’s body for Abyss Pendant and a key. Use that key on the chest in the second-floor bedroom to collect Black-Shin Trousers and Recipe for Mortal’s Blood Infusion.
Mercenary’s Amulet is the reward from Vicho at the end of this stage. Receiving it does not collect the pendant or empty the upstairs chest for you. Check both loot sources before leaving.
Vicho opens his shop after the warehouse investigation. A Study in Crimson also has a later follow-up involving The Good Samaritan, so the warehouse reward is not the end of Vicho’s story.
