Meet the Sanzhani and unlock Shiny Teeth trading
Sanzhani are the small people who live in burrows and prize human teeth. To meet the group led by the Tsarina, follow the lights beside the road between Boar’s Back and Svartrau. The trail ends at a burrow in the rock wall, where Heile asks Coen to find her brother Tonis in Good Home.
Bring Tonis back to the burrow to meet the Tsarina. Either decision about Heile staying or leaving opens the follow-up requests: Come Hither, Burrow Sorrows, Pearly and Precious and Tiny Dancer. These take you to other sisters around Vale Sangora, including one held captive in a Svartrau merchant’s house.
To sell Shiny Teeth, complete Pearly and Precious. Cross the bridge south of Stoneward Post, inspect the abandoned camp’s blood trail and follow it to the Sanzhana. Track the bandits southwest, defeat them and return to her. She then buys Shiny Teeth for 150 Denarii each. Human enemies can drop the teeth, so check their loot as you travel.
The Sanzhani also carry Coen’s correspondence with Lunka. Return to the Tsarina to send the family letters as you work through their requests; Lunka’s replies bring news of the captives. The Letters to Lunka quest and the sisters’ requests are separate journal entries.
Completing all four sisters’ requests unlocks a special reward from the Tsarina: one extra day to rescue the family. Return and choose “Special reward? What do you mean?” to receive it. Use the Tsarina guide for the full four-quest route and her separate Ring with a Purple Eye exchange.
