Run several timed consumable buffs together
Amalgam changes how timed consumables coexist: multiple buffs whose duration is measured in time segments can be active at the same time. It does not merge their effects into one potion and does not increase the strength of each individual buff.
Herbal Remedies I is the prerequisite. That skill extends the duration of eligible consumables, while Amalgam lets several of those timed effects overlap. If you only want a single buff to last longer, Herbal Remedies I addresses that need without the second manual.
