Collect Vicho’s reward after Out of Love
During Bakir’s Pillories: Out of Love, enter the small enclosed area near Altenmarkt in Svartrau and demand that the soldiers release the prisoner. Defeat the soldiers and free him; he tells you he knows Vicho.
Visit Vicho and mention the freed man. He gives you a Keen Eye Potion and Recipe for Minor Keen Eye Potion. The finished reward is the standard potion, while the recipe teaches the Minor version.

Another Minor recipe is in the hidden stash north of Ambrus’s outpost southwest of Stoneward Post. Get the treasure map from the outpost commander, read it, then leave the camp and look north for a fallen tree. The stash inside contains Recipe for Minor Keen Eye Potion.
For the Potent recipe, visit the Peddler of Wonders in southwestern Svartrau. He also sells Cave Fungus, Wild Boar Kidney and Bear Liver, three of its four ingredients. The existing Potent recipe page also links its map location.
Compare critical chance, duration and ingredients
All three strengths improve weapon and claw critical-hit chance. Choose between the small, moderate and large bonus and their one-, two- and three-segment base durations. Critical-hit damage is a separate stat; this potion improves how often a critical strike occurs.
The standard and Potent recipes each use one Wild Boar Kidney. Making one of each therefore needs two kidneys, plus the other ingredients listed below. Each strength is crafted from its own ingredients rather than upgrading an existing potion.
