Andrei is a mortal crime lord in Svartrau City who controls much of its gambling, black market and brothels. His story connects with Brencis, Nora and Ocha.
His hideout is inside the butcher’s shop near Svartrau’s Eastern Gate. The Heart Wants What It Wants sends Ocha’s story to that location for a personal memento; Andrei’s Ring is the correct item for the spell, while Andrei’s Pendant is a separate memento entry. Keep the two names separate when the objective asks for the ring.
Andrei may drop Golden Brooch, Golden Cross, Golden Earrings, Ruby Brooch or Ruby Diadem. Loot varies by encounter; open the individual item pages for their values and equipment status.
