This was likely a prized possession of some alchemist of old. It's clearly potent.
Check these two sellers before planning the elixir
The Peddler of Wonders trades in southwestern Svartrau. Check the ingredients in the current stock for Strong Ancient Reagent and the quantity offered. This gives you a city shopping option without first following the route to the Uriash village.
For the other seller, follow A Friend Like This and then Song of the Mountain to the hidden village. Choose peaceful dialogue with the elder and follow her to open access to the Matriarch’s Witchcraft shop. Strong Ancient Reagent is among her listed ingredients; check what is available during your visit.
Save one Strong Ancient Reagent for each Razkovniche Elixir you intend to craft. You also need one Razkovniche Plant, two Tatzelwurm Glands and access to the elixir recipe. The permanent Health increase and skill point belong to the finished elixir; buying this ingredient alone does not grant them.
Where to find Strong Ancient Reagent
Shop selections change with story progress, loot varies by encounter and level, and carried equipment is separate from what an enemy may drop.
