Grow the plant, then prepare the elixir
At the hovel, investigate with Focus Mode and find the Razkovniche Seeds. Plant them inside the house and feed the plant with blood. After one in-game day, return when “Check on the plant” replaces the waiting objective.
For one Razkovniche Elixir, save one Razkovniche Plant, one Strong Ancient Reagent and two Tatzelwurm Glands. You also need the elixir recipe. The permanent benefit comes from drinking the completed elixir.
If you still need Strong Ancient Reagent, check the Peddler of Wonders in southwestern Svartrau or Bakr-Erga’s shop in the hidden Uriash village. The reagent page explains access to those sellers. Plan the growing wait before spending your remaining time on the potion-making objective.
