A key to Svartrau Cathedral's treasury.
Find the ledger, then open the courtyard treasury
One route into the cathedral is to visit at night, climb to the roof and descend through the open tower. On the ground floor, enter the north-corner side room and inspect the book on the table. Collect the Treasury Key from the book before leaving.
Cross into the cathedral courtyard and find the square treasury building on its north side. This is the lock opened by the Treasury Key. Once inside, the stairs lead to an upper office where a golden reliquary contains Phial of Xanthe’s Blood, the consumable used to obtain Blood Surge.
The treasury also hides the key for The Hand of Fate. Inspect and move the bookcase in the first room, descend into the concealed cellar and pick up the Stone Key by the candles. Take that separate key to the sword chest in the kobold caves beneath Father Florin’s ruins.
