Reach zero Planeshift Stamina cost at rank 3
Dimension Reach improves Planeshift in vampire form. Shadow Dweller is its prerequisite, but the two perks affect different actions: Shadow Dweller improves Shadowstep, while Dimension Reach reduces the Stamina spent on Planeshift.
The three ranks reduce Planeshift’s Stamina cost by 45%, 70% and 100%, with Corruption requirements of 2, 6 and 13. Rank 3 therefore removes that Stamina cost; the earlier ranks leave 55% and 30% of the original cost respectively.
Plan for four skill points and three time segments to buy all three ranks, in addition to the prerequisite. There is no manual to track down. If your immediate problem is reaching a distant Shadowstep target, spend on Shadow Dweller instead of expecting Dimension Reach to extend its range.
