Loot Simeon after the warehouse fight
Follow Vicho’s investigation to Simeon’s warehouse. After defeating the doctor, search his body for the pendant and a key. That key also opens the second-floor bedroom chest containing Black-Shin Trousers and Recipe for Mortal’s Blood Infusion.
The pendant’s listed base modifiers are −3% vampiric ability cooldown and +4.8% damage against mortals. Compare those specific effects with the amulet you currently wear; item level and character effects can change the in-game values.
Corrupted Pendant has larger listed modifiers for both attributes, plus vampiric health restoration and regeneration bonuses. Mercenary’s Amulet, which Vicho awards separately, instead offers weapon damage and lower dodge stamina cost. Choose around the effects your loadout uses.
For a claw-focused alternative, Collector’s Pendant combines claw damage with lower vampiric ability Health cost. That is a different trade from Abyss Pendant’s faster ability cooldown and damage against mortals; choose the pair of effects your current fights use.
