Visit Tantari during the day and check the armourer’s stock for the vambraces. This seller is separate from the Svartrau armourers who offer Mercenary’s Greaves and Mercenary’s Boots.
The light hand armour improves Weapon Damage, charge restoration from blocks and parries, and stamina restored by parrying. These effects reward defensive swordplay; the Weapon Damage bonus does not increase claw damage.
