Noctis Scapulare

Noctis Scapulare is an amulet found on a skeleton in the kobold chamber below Svartrau Cathedral. The chamber is on the route through the courtyard well during A Monk and a Saint.

My journey
She's your mistress, not your doom.

Find the skeleton beyond the well

After Albertus points you toward St. Mihai, climb Cathedral Tower at night and enter the cathedral through its smaller southern tower. Cross the upper scaffolding, inspect the St. Mihai fresco and take the key beside the door leading outside.

Clear the soldiers from the courtyard and investigate the howling well to the west. Drop down, pass through the crack and inspect the body. In the next chamber, defeat the kobolds and search the skeleton for Noctis Scapulare before pushing the boulder out of the way.

The amulet reduces vampiric ability health costs by 4.8% and provides 3% magic damage reduction. The cost reduction supports ability use at night; it is separate from healing and from bonuses to the amount of blood obtained through feeding.
