Bakr-Erga sells Recipe for Fortitude Paste in the hidden Uriash village. Follow A Friend Like This into Song of the Mountain, choose the peaceful dialogue route in the village and follow the elder to gain access to her shop.
For the Minor recipe, visit Vera during the day at her house in the woods between Briar Sloughs and Maragir Wealds. She sells Recipe for Minor Fortitude Paste. Anca can also stock finished Minor Fortitude Paste if you need the consumable itself.
Choose Paste for weapons and fists
Use Razor Claw Vial for claw damage. Fortitude Paste’s weapon and fist increase is a different effect, even though both items have Minor, standard and Potent versions. Balm of Fortitude is the defensive option against non-magical attacks.
Compare all three recipes
The standard recipe uses 1 Weak Spirits, 2 Aconite and 1 Boar Tusks. The Minor recipe uses Linseed Oil, Ribwort Plantain and Boar Fat; the Potent recipe changes to Strong Spirits, Perilla, Boar Fat and Wild Boar Kidney. Buy the recipe for the strength you want before building a shopping list.
If you craft one standard paste and one standard balm, reserve 4 Boar Tusks between them: 1 for the paste and 3 for the balm. For one Minor and one Potent paste craft, reserve 2 Boar Fat in total along with the other ingredients listed below.
