Collect Bakir’s two carried phials

For the recruitment phial, go to the tent outside Tantari, north of Tantari Woods, during Come Home. Search its blood reliquary. The similarly named recruiter camps at the Silty Mug Inn and Altenmarkt contain different phials.

For the Bloodletter’s phial, disrupt all three Ambrus collector camps in Briar Sloughs. He appears after you destroy the supplies at the third camp. Defeat him and loot his body; the phial is separate from the Blood Leeches awarded by the collector objectives.

Drinking directly from Bakir after defeating him at the Lunar Manor is another source of the same power. Count it with your phials when planning Shadowstorm ranks.

If Shadowstorm is at rank 1 and two blood sources remain, buy rank 2 before using them for ranks 3 and 4. Purchased ranks still require the appropriate Corruption. The phial can be consumed in either form and significantly increases Corruption; Shadowstorm is a Vampirism ability you equip and activate.
