The three names refer to separate items. This page preserves the Potion Recipe note and its text. Recipe for Razkovniche Elixir is the crafting-recipe item, while Razkovniche Elixir is the finished consumable.
One elixir requires one Strong Ancient Reagent, two Tatzelwurm Glands and one Razkovniche Plant. The elixir permanently increases Health and grants one skill point; the note’s cure-all story is not the crafting ingredient list.
