The Matriarch is another seller. Follow A Friend Like This into Song of the Mountain and use the peaceful village dialogue to open her shop. This provides another place to check for blood supplies if Vera’s current offer does not have what you need.
The vial restores Blood Reserve immediately with a medium-strength effect and is consumed in vampire form. Its description also states that it increases Corruption. Keep it in a quickslot before a nighttime fight where you cannot rely on a suitable feeding target.
