How to learn Frugal Witchcraft

The refund triggers on a kill, not on every cast
Frugal Witchcraft returns Health after you defeat an enemy affected by a Witchcraft Ability. The rank table lists a refund of 40%, 80% or 120% of the ability’s Health cost. Merely casting an ability does not trigger the recovery; the affected enemy must be defeated.
The perk follows Witchcraft Mastery and every rank requires Frugal Witchcraft Manual. Learning all three ranks costs four skill points and three time segments, so check whether your Witchcraft abilities actually spend Health before investing in the refund.
The effect is tied to the Health cost of Witchcraft, not the Activation Charge cost. Compare it with direct healing options if you want recovery that does not depend on defeating an affected enemy.
