Nun of St. Tyna's

Leonica

Leonica knew Anca at St. Tyna's convent. After Anca revealed the existence of a secret library, Leonica reported her to the prioress, leading to Anca's expulsion. Leonica later pursued an interest in that same hidden library.

My journey

Use the chapel bell signal to reach the library

Echoes of Silenced Bells takes Coen and Anca into St. Tyna’s Convent. The nuns in the courtyard get back up after defeat, so repeatedly fighting them does not make the route safe. Find the Monastery Keys in Anghel’s cabin beside the sacristy, then collect Campana Loquitur from the dormitory floor beside a bench.

The bell instructions give three signals: three tolls for the chapel, four for the infirmary and five for the dormitories. Ring three times to gather the nuns in the chapel and clear the route for Anca. Four sends them against the soldiers in the infirmary and leaves that route unsafe; five does not clear all the courtyard nuns, but you can follow it with the chapel signal.

The officer in the infirmary offers access in exchange for a relic, starting Most Precious Thing. You can reach the library without giving it to him. The Relic of St. Tyna is on a nun’s body in the sacristy; keeping it preserves an equipment choice and a possible material for the Arbiter armour. If the soldiers survive and you keep the relic, expect them to confront you when you leave.

Leonica waits in the catacombs. Keep her targeted as she teleports, dodge the incoming crows and move away from her surrounding burst of bones. When she vanishes and summons nuns, defeat them to bring her back. Unlike the courtyard enemies, these summoned enemies can be cleared.

After the fight, allowing Anca to finish the ritual costs two time segments and lifts the convent’s curse. Burning the notes stops the ritual and leaves the curse in place. Treat that as the immediate outcome of this choice; it does not decide Anca’s later Font of Life reward.
