Anca’s questline and the Font of Life
Anca’s story runs through Echoes of Silenced Bells, Between the Words and Where Old Devils Lie to Stronger Than Achilles. Most Precious Thing is an optional part of that storyline.
After defeating Leonica in Echoes of Silenced Bells, let Anca finish the ritual if you want to lift the convent’s curse. This choice spends two time segments. Burning the notes prevents her from performing it, upsets her and leaves the convent cursed. This is a separate decision from the later Font of Life reward.
The Font decision determines who receives its benefit. The later conversation back at the inn is the romance opportunity. Choose the reward you want at the Font, then consider Anca’s invitation separately when you return.
