Find Vera in the woods between Briar Sloughs and Maragir Wealds. Visit during the day, when she is outside her house; at night she sleeps behind a locked door. Her shop can offer Recipe for Beast’s Bane Brew and the finished brew.
Each craft uses 1 Vial of Animal Blood, 2 Wolf Claws, 2 Wolf Heart and 2 Bear Liver. The blood is only one part of the recipe: three crafts require 3 vials and 6 of each animal ingredient.
Vera also sells Vial of Animal Blood and Wolf Claws. If you are short of hearts or liver, check the Peddler of Wonders in southwest Svartrau, whose possible stock includes Wolf Heart and Bear Liver. Available quantities depend on the shop’s current selection.
Match the brew to the enemy category. Beast’s Bane is for animals; Mortal’s Bane Brew and Supernatural’s Bane Brew have their own target categories. Use the creature directory to check an unfamiliar enemy before choosing supplies.
