Significantly increases the rate of regeneration of Activation Charges.
Faster Activation Charges for ability-heavy fights
Activation Charges are the resource most active abilities spend, and they refill over time. This powder raises that regeneration rate with a large effect that lasts three time segments, so it suits a stretch of play built around repeated ability use rather than a single fight.
One craft needs one Mercurial Water, two Vials of Aether and two Globs of Likho’s Light, and the recipe allows five crafts. Recipe for Potent Powder of Sharp Mind provides recipe access; the item carries the Unique rarity with a 966 denarii buy value.
Compared with Powder of Sharp Mind, the potent version has a Large effect for three segments instead of a Medium effect for two. Both work in human and vampire form and use two Vials of Aether; the ordinary recipe uses Weak Spirits and Dust of Anachora instead of Mercurial Water and Globs of Likho’s Light.
For a permanent change to the same resource, Sustained Focus increases the number of Activation Charges instead of their regeneration rate. The two stack in purpose: more charges from the skill, faster refills from the powder.

Strength tiers compare this item with other consumables that change the same attribute. The final amount is calculated from your character’s stats and skills when you use it, so the game does not list a fixed number.
Effects measured in time segments last until that many segments of the day or night pass. Only one such buff is active at a time unless you have learned Amalgam, which allows two or three consumable buffs to be active together.
