Minor gives a small regeneration increase for one time segment, standard gives a moderate increase for two, and Potent gives a large increase for three. Sustained Focus affects charge capacity; the powder improves regeneration speed.

The Peddler of Wonders in southwestern Svartrau sells Recipe for Potent Powder of Sharp Mind. His ingredients include Mercurial Water and Vial of Aether, both used in that recipe.

Vera sells Undead’s Bone, Dust of Anachora and Weak Spirits, ingredients shared by the Minor and standard recipes. Find her outside her house during the day in the woods between Briar Sloughs and Maragir Wealds.
